Leadership Training and Praxis
Leadership Training and Praxis
A three year programme of leadership development for emerging leaders who are in a leadership role. The programme combines simple, yet effective leadership skills training within the context of practical application
Leadership Coaching and Mentoring
Leadership Coaching and Mentoring
Enhance provides one on one coaching and mentoring to individual leaders, primarily those at senior or executive leadership levels.
Leadership Support Network
Leadership Support Network
Enhance runs various peer based leadership support groups. The purpose is to provide leaders a safe place to share their leadership experiences and challenges, to connect leaders together and to create a body of likeminded yet diverse leaders
Enhancing Organisations
Enhance believes that many uniquely positioned organisations with a heart to serve are limited in their impact because of weak organisational health. We believe that one-off training is not enough, and that organisational growth is a journey that requires partnership, investment and focus over a period of time.

Organisational Assessment and Review
As a pre-requisite for receiving organisational development services, Enhance will conduct an assessment on all levels and functions of the organisation to identify the gaps and as a means of developing recommendations for enhancing oganisational strength.
Organisational Development Support
Organisational Development Support
Based on the assessment, Enhance will work with the organisation to create an "enhancement plan". Once this plan is developed, the role of Enhance in helping support the enhancement is negotiated and defined. Enhance will work alongside the organisation to complete the enhancement for the duration with 6 monthly and annual reviews of the partnership. Duration of an 'Enhancement' can be anywhere from between 6 months and 5 years.
Monitoring, technical support and evaluation
Monitoring, technical support and evaluation
Enhance can work for both supporting and implementing partners to provide a range of technical support services including planning, regualr monitoring, reporting, and evaluation of projects
Enhancing Communities
We believe that in order to fully achieve our mission and understand the challenges, we must also invest financially in intiatives that restore the lives of the most vulnerable and outcast. Enhance will actively raise funds and allocate a portion of an income in order to be a partner of such initiatives.
Financial & Technical Support for Selected Projects
Financial & Technical Support for Selected Projects
In some cases, Enhance will provide funding or be the facilitator of funding for unique and compelling projects within supported organisations. Funding provided will also include other Enhance services to ensure organisational health and ongoing development.
